Ingredients

- 1.5Cupwater
- 1CupSugar
- 1.5Grams (g) Instant yeast
- 2PinchSalt
- 3CupMilk powder
- 0.25CupOlive oil
- 1To TasteMozzarella
Steps

Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water and leave it aside to activate.

Add all other ingredients (flour, salt, powdered milk, and oil) to the yeast mixture.

Knead the mixture well for at least 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic, and it’s recommended to add the flour gradually.

Cover the dough after transferring it to a lightly oiled bowl and also oil the surface of the dough.

Leave the dough for an hour to double in size, or place it in the fridge, ensuring it’s in a large container with a tightly sealed lid.

Cut the dough into small pieces according to the size of the manakish you want.

Preheat the oven to 250°C (482°F).

Shape the manakish and pizza.

Bake the manakish and pizza in the preheated oven.

Take the manakish out of the oven and cover them immediately to keep them soft

For the pizza, bake it without cheese first, then add mozzarella cheese during the last two minutes to avoid burning the cheese.
