Ingredients

  • 1CupWhite Corn flour
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Gluten free baking powder
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cinnamon
  • 3Psc.eggs
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 0.5CupSugar
  • 0.5CupBrown sugar
  • 1CupMilk
  • 0.5CupShredded carrots
  • 0.5CupChopped Walnuts

Steps

    We mix the eggs, vanilla, white and brown sugar, oil, and milk in a bowl until well combined.

    Then we add the rice flour, white corn flour, gluten-free baking powder, grated carrot, and crushed walnuts

    Mix again until everything is well incorporated.

    We pour the mixture into a prepared loaf pan.

    We bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 35 to 40 minutes
