Ingredients

  • 2Kilograms (kg)Chicken wings
  • 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
  • 0.25CupOlive oil
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Sweet Paprika
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Garlic powder
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper

Steps

    We mix the chicken wings with the cornstarch, baking powder, olive oil, and all the spices until the wings are well coated.

    We arrange the wings on a rack placed over a baking tray, making sure they’re not touching each other.

    We preheat the oven to 200–220°C (392–428°F) with heat from both the top and bottom.

    We place the wings in the oven and bake them for 30 minutes.

    After 30 minutes, we flip the wings using tongs to the other side

    Return them to the oven for another 30–40 minutes, until they become golden, crispy, and well roasted.
