Ingredients
- 0.5CupFrozen Strawberries
- 1Psc.lemon
- 4CupHoney
- 2Psc.Frozen Mango

We take the bag of frozen strawberries out of the freezer 15 minutes before preparation.

We place 500 grams of frozen strawberries in the food processor.

We squeeze half a lemon and add it to the strawberries.

We add 2 or 3 tablespoons of honey, according to preference.

We run the food processor until the strawberries are smooth and have an ice cream–like texture.

We transfer the strawberry ice cream to a plastic container.

Place the container in the freezer for two to three hours before serving.

To make mango ice cream, place the frozen mango in the blender.

We squeeze half a lemon and add it to the mango.

We add 2 or 3 tablespoons of honey, according to preference.

We run the food processor until the mango is smooth and has an ice cream–like texture.

We transfer the mango ice cream to a plastic container.

Place the container in the freezer for two to three hours before serving.

We serve the ice cream in wafer cones.

For a serving idea for children, we make a hole in a small foam plate and place the ice cream cone in the hole to make it easier to hold and eat.
