  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ghee
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pistachio
  • 1To TasteSyrup

Steps

    Cut filo dough lengthwise into halves.

    Fold each strip into equal-sized triangles.

    Melt ghee and brush over the triangles generously.

    Place the triangles on a baking tray.

    Bake at 180°C (356°F) top and bottom heat for ~15 min until golden.

    Once cooled, fill the triangles with fresh cream.

    Garnish with crushed pistachios.

    Prepare sugar syrup (2 cups sugar, 1¼ cups water, lemon, and blossom water) and drizzle.
