- 1CanSweetened Condensed Milk
- 1PinchSalt
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 3CupMilk
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Pistachio

We blend the pistachios, Marie biscuits, rose water (or orange blossom water), orange zest, and melted butter in a food processor until smooth.

We evenly distribute the base mixture into the cheesecake molds.

We blend the eggs, Kiri cheese, liquid cream, half cup of sweetened condensed milk, salt, and vanilla in a blender until smooth.

We pour the cheesecake filling evenly over the base in the molds.

We sprinkle a little chopped pistachios on top for garnish.

We bake the molds in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes until the cheesecake is set and golden.

Mix 0.3 cups of sweetened condensed milk with the milk well in a small bowl until you get a smooth sauce.
