We peel the carrots thoroughly.

We cut part of the carrots into small cubes.

We cut another part into thin sticks.

We wash the cut carrots well, then drain them from water.

We place a pot of water on the stove until it boils.

We add salt to the boiling water.

We blanch the carrot sticks in the boiling water for only 2 minutes.

We strain the blanched carrots and leave them to cool.

We store the blanched carrots in freezer bags in the freezer.

Method 2: Place the carrot sticks in a glass bowl.

We add water until the carrots are fully covered.

We cover the container and place it in the fridge to be ready as a light snack.

Method 3: Place the whole carrots (without peeling) in a glass jar.
