Steps

    Slice the cucumbers into thin slices.

    Place the sliced cucumbers in a glass jar.

    Add the labneh, thyme, sumac, and olive oil to the cucumbers.

    Mix everything well.

    To the remaining cucumber, add soy sauce, sesame oil, chili oil, rice vinegar, sesame, paprika, garlic, and salt.
