- 1Grams (g) Butter
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cinnamon

- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Cocoa
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Tahini
- 4Grams (g) Biscuit
- 1CupAlmonds
- 1CupChopped Walnuts
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pistachio

Crush and toast the almonds, crack the walnuts and set them aside.

Put the butter in a skillet on the fire, then add the dates, cinnamon and cardamom and stir well until the ingredients are combined.

Add the cocoa and tahini and mix on low heat until the mixture is smooth.

Break the biscuits and add them to the mixture along with the almonds and ground walnuts

Mix the ingredients well until you reach the consistency shown in the video

Place the mixture on parchment paper, shape it into a roll, fill it with toasted almonds and roll it up tightly as shown in the video.

Cover the roll with pistachios and toasted almonds on all sides.

Place the roll in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
