Ingredients

  • 20BunchParsley
  • 3ClovesGarlic
  • 20Tablespoons (tbsp)Capers
  • 3Psc.Anchovies
  • 2CupOlive oil
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 1Psc.Baguette
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Thymus

    Add olives to food processor.

    Add chopped parsley, minced garlic, capers, anchovies, and salt to the food processor. Blend until it looks like edible green gold.

    Add olive oil and blend again.

    Slice a baguette into thin slices.

    Lay slices on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil.

    Bake the bread until golden.
