- 5Psc.Cooked potatoes
- 500Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream
- 1CupMinced parsley
- 1CupShredded cheese
- 1ClovesMinced garlic

In a frying pan, heat a little oil, then add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion softens.

Slice the mushrooms and add them to the pan.

Add the chicken cubes to the onion and mushroom mixture, and stir until the chicken changes color.

Add the corn and continue stirring.

Season the mixture with thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine the flavors.

Add the cream and cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens.

In a separate bowl, mash the boiled potatoes with salt, pepper, and parsley until smooth.

Shape the mashed potatoes into small, equal-sized balls.
