  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Blossom water
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Rose water

Steps

    Place the sugar and water in a pot over medium-high heat.

    Once the water begins to boil, add the lemon juice, rose water, and orange blossom water.

    Lower the heat and stir gently until the sugar is completely dissolved.

    Let the syrup simmer over low heat for 20–30 minutes until it thickens and becomes sticky.

    Remove the pot from the heat and allow the syrup to cool completely.

    Transfer it to an airtight container or jar and store it in a cool place or in the refrigerator.
