  • 0.5Kilograms (kg)Knafeh
  • 2Grams (g) Butter
  • 2CupPistachio Butter
  • 1PacketSamosa
  • 0.5CupMelted Chocolate

Steps

    Finely cut the frozen kunafa; you can use a food processor.

    Place two cubes of butter or ghee in a large pan over heat.

    Stir the kunafa in the butter for 10 minutes on low heat until lightly golden.

    Add two tablespoons of pistachio butter to the toasted kunafa and mix well to make the filling.

    Brush the samosa sheets lightly with butter.

    Fold the first part of the samosa sheet into a triangle.

    Place a tablespoon of the kunafa and pistachio filling inside the samosa.

    Close the samosa in the usual triangle shape and tuck in the end.

    Place the samosas in the air fryer or on a tray lined with parchment paper.

    Brush the samosas with a little butter or ghee.

    Bake in the air fryer at 180°C for 15 minutes or in the oven until golden and crispy.

    Dip the baked samosas in melted chocolate and place them on a rack to drain excess.

    Drizzle melted pistachio butter over the samosas for decoration.
