    Cut the colored bell peppers into slices or cubes.

    Slice or dice the cucumber as preferred.

    Slice the red onion thinly

    Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves.

    Add the pitted Greek olives to the ingredients.

    Mix all the vegetables together in a bowl.

    Transfer the vegetables to a serving dish.

    In a small bowl, mix grape vinegar, Dijon mustard, lemon zest, lemon juice, dried basil, dried mint, salt, and olive oil.
