  • 1PinchSesame

Steps

    Toss chickpeas with 1 tbsp olive oil, thyme, semsem and salt. Spread them on a baking tray.

    Roast chickpeas for 10-15 minutes.

    In a bowl, mix the chopped lettuce with the roasted chickpeas.

    Pour olive oil with lemon juice over the salad and toss well.
