  • 2Kilograms (kg)Green bean
  • 0.25Psc.Lemon juice
  • 0.25CupOlive oil
  • 1CupHoney
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Dijon mustard
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1PinchSalt

Steps

    Boil the green beans for 15 minutes and then put them directly into ice water for 5 minutes

    To prepare the dressing: Mix honey, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard and salt and stir well.

    We boil the chickpeas in the usual way
