Steps

    Cut 250g potatoes into small cubes.

    Place the potatoes in salted water over medium heat.

    Cover and let the potatoes cook until tender.

    When the potatoes are done, drain them and place in a bowl.

    Add a drained can of tuna to the potatoes.

    Add onion, parsley, and pickled cucumber.

  7. 7

    Add mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper.

    Mix all ingredients well.
