Steps

    Cut the boiled beets into small cubes

    Chop the scallions and cress as shown in the video

    Put the ingredients in a bowl and add the purslane

    Add the boiled chickpeas.

    In a separate bowl, prepare the dressing by mixing the honey, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and garlic powder.
