We start by preparing the marinade by adding the yogurt to a large bowl.

We add one tablespoon of tomato paste, then season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.

We add the grill spice mix and stir well until the marinade becomes smooth and well combined.

We add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well by hand to ensure all pieces are coated.

We prepare the skewers by alternating pieces of onion, bell pepper, and chicken on the soaked wooden sticks.

We arrange the skewers on a wire rack placed over a baking tray.

Place in a preheated oven at 185°C for 30-35 minutes, or cook in an air fryer at 180°C for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through.

While cooking, we prepare the glaze by mixing honey, tomato paste, and soy sauce in a small bowl.
