We begin by adding olive oil and butter to a pot over medium heat, then we stir in the onion and garlic until they start to soften.

We add the finely chopped celery to the pot and continue stirring.

We add the coarsely cut meat to the pot and stir until its color begins to change.

We add the spices (garlic paste, black pepper, paprika, Mexican spices, and oregano) and mix them well with the other ingredients.

We add the tomato paste and continue stirring.

We add the corn, bell pepper, and red kidney beans and mix the ingredients together.
