Shepherd’s Pie
Ingredients

- 4Psc.Potato
- 500Grams (g) Ground meat
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pine Nuts
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 3Grams (g) Butter
- 1CupOil

Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, and boil them in salted water until fully cooked.

Finely mash the boiled potatoes with a pinch of salt and two tablespoons of butter until you get a smooth and creamy puree.

Finely chop the onions and carrots.

In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter with the oil, then add the onions and carrots. Sauté until soft.

Add the ground beef to the skillet with the paprika, salt, pepper, and pine nuts, and stir until the meat is cooked through and drained.

In a baking dish, spread the meat mixture evenly, then layer the mashed potatoes on top. Smooth the surface and use a fork to make a decorative pattern.

Place the dish under the oven grill (broiler) for about 15 minutes or until the top is golden and slightly crispy.
