  • 2CupBoiling Water
  • 1CupMilk
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
  • 2CupCold Milk
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream
  • 0.3CupSugar
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cinnamon
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ground Pistachios

Steps

    Place a cube of butter in a pan over heat.
