  • 1.5PinchThyme
  • 1.5Teaspoons (tsp)Smoked paprika
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Chicken spices
  • 2CupOlive oil
  • 2CupMolasses

Steps

    Prepare and wash the chicken breasts, then pat dry.

    Mix onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, thyme, smoked paprika, and chicken seasoning.

    Add olive oil and molasses, stirring until combined.

    Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the mixture.

    Wrap each breast in parchment paper then foil.

    Cook in the air fryer at 180°C for 30 minutes.

    Remove the wrapping and return to the air fryer for 15 minutes until golden.

    Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
