Steps

    Cut the red and green bell peppers, zucchini, and onion into cubes.

    Add salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, and ghee.

    Mix the ingredients well.

    Spread the vegetables in a baking dish and bake at 180°C until golden.

    Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk.

    Add onion pickle to the eggs if desired.

    Pour the eggs over the baked vegetables and sprinkle with mozzarella.
