    Season the lamb ribs with steak seasoning and a pinch of salt.

    Sear the meat to give it some color.

    We cover the meat with parchment paper, then foil, and place it in the oven on the lower rack.

    We leave the meat in the oven for about an hour and a half, the time may vary depending on the oven's heat and the weight of the piece.

    Once the meat is cooked, we remove the parchment paper and grill it from the top to achieve a golden color.

    We lift some of the oil under the meat and pour it over the meat, then cover it for 10 minutes.
