- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Garlic powder

Cut a kilo of chicken breasts into fingers or thin strips.

Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, red pepper, a pinch of turmeric and ginger, a teaspoon of capsicum molasses, a quarter teaspoon of tomato molasses, and a tablespoon of yogurt.

Add half a teaspoon of garlic powder and one finely chopped green and one finely chopped red bell pepper

Place the chicken in a skillet on the heat and sauté until cooked, then set aside

Remove the edges of the tortilla, place the chicken and mozzarella cheese in it and roll it into a sandwich.

To make the pizza sauce: Heat a little oil in a skillet, add a chopped onion and sauté until it wilts.

Add one chopped tomato and one chopped green bell pepper.
