Grate the potatoes and squeeze them well to get rid of excess water, then mix them with the eggs, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder and half a cup of mozzarella until smooth.

Spread the potato mixture on parchment paper in a rectangular shape. 1 cm thick

We put the mixture in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes until it thickens slightly.

In a skillet on the fire, put the fat, then add the onion and sauté it until golden in color

Add the garlic and green chilies and stir well until the ingredients are combined

Add the ground beef and stir until it changes color and is cooked.

Add the spices, salt, coriander, Chinese coriander, paprika, and cardamom.

Add the olives, parsley and diced tomatoes, stir and then add the tomato paste

Add the water and simmer for 5 minutes until the ingredients are homogenized

Remove the potato mixture from the oven and place the minced meat filling, leaving space around the edges as shown in the video

Mix in the turkey and mozzarella cheese. Then roll the potato mixture into a roll

Add the mozzarella and turkey cheese mix on top and pop it back in the oven until the cheese is melted
