Ingredients

  • 1Psc.Baguette Bread
  • 0.5CupOlive oil
  • 150Grams (g) Roquefort
  • 60Grams (g) Unsalted butter
  • 30Psc.Cranberry
  • 0.5CupWalnut
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Balsamic Vinegar

Steps

    Slice the baguette into thin pieces.

    Brush each slice with olive oil.

    Arrange the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake until crispy.

    blend Roquefort cheese and butter in a food processor.

    Put dried cranberries in a small saucepan and add balsamic vinegar. Simmer until soft and plump.

    Crush walnuts in a mortar and pestle.
