  • 1Psc.Beef Stock
  • 1Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream
  • 1To TasteRoasted toast

Steps

    Cut the tomatoes and onions into large pieces

    Place all ingredients in an oven tray

  3. 3

    Place the tray in the oven for 30 minutes

  4. 4

    After 30 minutes, blend all ingredients in a food processor until creamy

  5. 5

    Add broth (meat, chicken or vegetable) to the mixture and then add the cooking cream

  6. 6

    Place the soup in a serving dish with a bit of toasted bread
