Steps

    First, we prepare the cherry sauce so it can cool while we make the cream.

    Put two cups of chopped cherries in a saucepan on the fire with three tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt

    Cook it for five minutes until it resembles a sauce, then let it cool completely

    In another bowl, we whip 2 cups of whipping cream until it doubles in volume and becomes fluffy.

    We add the sweetened condensed milk to the whipped cream.

    We add the cherry sauce to the mixture and gently fold it using a spatula to preserve the creamy texture.

    We pour the mixture into a mold and optionally add a layer of biscuits on top.

    We place the mold in the freezer for at least 5 hours until it sets.
