Ingredients

- 500Kilograms (kg)Chicken Breast
- 1Psc.Chopped Onion
- 3Psc.Bell Peppers
- 1CupOlive oil
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1PinchSalt
- 1PinchHot chilli powder
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Oregano
- 1BunchParsley
- 3To TasteMozzarella
- 3CupBéchamel sauce

Peel and wash the potatoes, then cut them in half and scoop out a little of the contents from each half using a peeler.

Place the potatoes on a baking tray with a sheet underneath, then mix olive oil with salt and oregano and brush the potatoes inside and out with the mixture.

Put the potatoes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius from the top and bottom for 30 minutes.

While waiting for the potatoes, prepare the filling by sautéing the onions and bell peppers in a little oil, then add the diced chicken, salt, black pepper, and red chili pepper, and continue stirring until cooked.

Fill half of the potatoes with the prepared mixture, cover them with béchamel sauce, and then sprinkle cheese on top.

Return the potatoes to the oven at the same temperature for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
