    Peel the potatoes and scoop out the center with a spoon to create boat shapes, then deep-fry them until cooked.

    In a pan, heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and sauté the chopped onion until soft

    Add the minced meat, season with salt, black pepper, mixed spices, and a pinch of cinnamon, then cook until fully browned.

    Stuff the fried potatoes with the meat mixture and arrange them in a baking dish.

    To prepare the tomato sauce, blend the tomatoes with half a green bell pepper, 1 tablespoon of chicken broth powder, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, and 1 ½ cups of water.
