    Beat the eggs with vanilla and sugar until the mixture becomes creamy.

    Add the oil to the mixture and mix well until fully combined.

    Add the yogurt and continue mixing until fully incorporated.

    Add the flour mixed with salt and baking powder, then add cardamom, saffron, and vinegar, and mix until a smooth and uniform batter forms.

    Grease the cake pan with tahini and sprinkle sesame seeds over it.
