Potato Croquettes

- 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
- 2Grams (g) Butter
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
- 1PinchSalt
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Dried parsley
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Thymus
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Garlic powder
- 200CupCheese
- 2Psc.eggs
- 1CupFlour
- 1PacketBreadcrumbs

Boil the potatoes: place peeled potatoes in a pot with boiling water and a pinch of salt, and cook over medium heat until fully tender

Mash the boiled potatoes in a large bowl.

Add the butter to the mashed potatoes and mix well.

Add the starch to the mixture.

Add the garlic powder, paprika, salt, dried parsley, and dried thyme, and mix until a cohesive dough forms.

Take a small piece of the dough and shape it into a circle.

Place a piece of cheese in the center of the dough.

Close the dough around the cheese and shape it into an oval croquette.

Repeat the process with the remaining dough and cheese.

Place the croquettes in the fridge to firm up for about 10 minutes.

Place the flour in a plate, beat the eggs in another plate, and place the breadcrumbs in a third plate.

Dip each croquette first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.

Place the coated croquettes in the airfryer basket.

Spray the croquettes with oil.

Cook the croquettes in the airfryer at 180°C for 12 minutes until golden and crispy.
