  • 50Grams (g) Raw White Chocolate
  • 1Grams (g) Butter

    Peel 100 grams of pistachios to get a smooth and bright-colored butter.

    Place the pistachios in a food processor and blend until smooth.

    Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the pistachios and continue blending until fully combined.

    Melt 50 grams of white chocolate with 1 tablespoon of oil until fully liquefied

    Add the melted chocolate to the pistachio mixture in the food processor and blend again until the texture is creamy and glossy

    Transfer the pistachio butter into clean, sterilized jars.
