Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich
Ingredients

- 1CupBrown sugar
- 2Teaspoons (tsp)Worcestershire sauce
- 1Grams (g) Butter
- 2CupOlive oil
- 2PinchThyme
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 2Psc.Eish fino

Melt a small amount of butter in a pan over medium heat and toast the sandwich rolls on both sides until golden and crispy, then set aside.

In the same pan, add the butter and olive oil and let them heat up.

Add the sliced onion and sauté until translucent.

Add the Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar to the onions and stir until caramelized and golden, then remove and set aside.

Add a bit of olive oil to the same pan and place the beef slices in it.

Season the beef with salt, pepper, paprika, nutmeg, and thyme.

Cook the beef, stirring, until partially done and lightly browned.

Add the Worcestershire sauce and fresh thyme, then stir well.

Return the caramelized onions to the pan and mix them with the beef until well combined.
