Pesto and Halloumi Sandwich
Ingredients

- 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Pistachio

- 5CupOlive oil
- 2CupGrated Parmesan cheese
- 1CupCherry tomato
- 4Grams (g) Halloumi cheese

Knead the dough made from flour, salt, water, and yeast, then let it ferment in the fridge overnight.

Flatten the dough by hand and bake it in a preheated oven until it becomes crispy and golden.

Prepare the pesto by mashing two cloves of garlic with salt, pistachios or pine nuts, and basil leaves.

Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and grated Parmesan cheese to the pesto and mash until the ingredients are well blended.

Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan, then add two cloves of garlic and cherry tomatoes and stir until cooked.

Slice the halloumi cheese and grill it until golden.

Open the bread and spread the pesto, then add the sautéed tomatoes.

Place the grilled halloumi slices on top of the tomatoes.

Add arugula, olive oil, pomegranate molasses, and a sprinkle of chili flakes.
