    Mix the peaches, frozen raspberries, 50 g sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a bowl.

    In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients (self-rising flour, 75 g sugar, and baking powder) with the cold butter until crumbly. Then add the wet ingredients (milk and egg) and mix until a smooth dough forms.

    Sprinkle the oats evenly on top of the dough.
