Palmier
Ingredients

- 1Psc.Lemon zest
- 1Psc.Puff pastry dough
- 0.5CupMelted white Chocolate
- 1To TasteCrushed pistachios

Place the sugar and lemon zest in a bowl, then rub them well with your fingers to release the aromatic oils from the zest.

Roll out the ready-made puff pastry dough on a surface sprinkled with the sugar and lemon zest mixture, then spread another layer of the sugar mixture on top.

Roll the dough from both sides (right and left) toward the center to form two spirals meeting in the middle.

Cut the rolled dough into equal slices using a sharp knife.

Arrange the palmier slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, leaving a small space between each piece.

Bake the palmiers in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes, until golden and crispy.

After baking, decorate the palmiers with melted white chocolate and crushed pistachios if desired.
