  • 1Psc.White Onion
  • 2CupShredded carrots
  • 500Grams (g) Ground meat
  • 0.25Psc.Cabbage
  • 0.5PinchMinced Coriander
  • 0.5CupSweet chilli sauce
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Soy sauce
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Rice vinegar
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Hot chili oil

Steps

    Cook the rice noodles according to the instructions on the package, then drain them well.

    In a large pan, heat a bit of oil.

    Add the sliced white onion and sauté until it softens

  4. 4

    Add the ground beef and stir until fully cooked.

    Add the grated carrots and chopped cabbage to the mix and stir until the vegetables wilt slightly.

    Add the cooked noodles to the pan, then add the sauce mix (sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, chili oil, and rice vinegar) and gently stir until well combined.

    Add the coarsely chopped cilantro and stir gently before turning off the heat.

    Serve the noodles hot immediately after preparation.
