Ingredients

  • 180CupChocolate
  • 115Grams (g) Butter
  • 2Psc.eggs
  • 2Psc.Yolk
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 0.25CupSugar
  • 0.25PinchSalt
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Nescafè
  • 3CupFlour
  • 10CupStrawberry
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Vanilla ice cream

Steps

    Add the butter to the chocolate

    Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave or over a bain-marie, stir until smooth, then let the mixture cool completely

    In another bowl, add the whole eggs and extra yolks

    Add the sugar and vanilla to the eggs

    Beat the mixture well until it becomes pale

    Add the cooled chocolate-butter mixture to the eggs and mix well

    Add the salt and instant coffee

    Sift the flour over the mixture and fold until fully incorporated

    Grease the ramekins with butter and flour

    Divide the batter into the ramekins

    Place a piece of chocolate in the center of each ramekin

    Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10–12 minutes

    Dust with powdered sugar and serve with strawberries and vanilla ice cream
