Ingredients

  • 600CupFull cream milk
  • 400CupEvaporated milk
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Cress seeds
  • 1Cupwater
  • 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Custard Powder
  • 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)cardamon
  • 1PinchSaffron
  • 0.5CupSugar

Steps

    Pour the regular milk and evaporated milk into a pot.

    Add the custard and stir well until it is completely dissolved.

    Sugar can be added at this step and stir until dissolved

    Add the ground cardamom and a pinch of saffron.

    Place the saucepan on the heat and continue stirring until the ingredients start to thicken.

    Soak the cress in water until it reaches the consistency shown in the video

    Add the soaked garden cress seeds along with the soaking water to the pot.

    Continue stirring and let the mixture boil for about 5 minutes until it thickens a little.
