Ingredients

  • 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Cress seeds
  • 1CupMilk
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Custard Powder
  • 3.5CupSugar
  • 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Cardamom powder
  • 0.5PinchSaffron
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ghee

Steps

    In a pot, we place one liter of milk.

    We add two tablespoons of custard powder.

    We add a quarter cup of washed red cress seeds soaked in a cup of water for an hour.

    We add three and a half tablespoons of sugar to the mixture.

    We add half a teaspoon of ground cardamom and half a teaspoon of ground saffron.

    We stir all the ingredients cold until well combined.

    We leave the mixture on low heat for 15 minutes until it is cooked.

    After the mixture thickens, we add one tablespoon of ghee and stir, then serve.
