Ingredients

  • 0.5CupOlive oil
  • 0.5PinchThyme
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Sumac
  • 1PinchSesame
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Hot paprika
  • 400To TasteMozzarella
  • 1CupCherry tomato
  • 8Psc.Tortilla

Steps

    Place the olive oil and zaatar in a bowl.

    Add the sumac, hot paprika, and sesame seeds.

    Mix well until combined.

    Place a layer of tortilla bread on a baking tray.

    Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the bread.

    Add another layer of bread on top of the cheese

    Spread the zaatar mixture on the top layer of bread.

    Add more cheese over the zaatar.

    Garnish with cherry tomato slices.

    Bake in a preheated oven for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.

    Cut the manakish and serve hot.
