Steps

    Peel 5 heads of garlic.

    Place the garlic in a small pot with water and boil for two minutes.

    In a bowl, mix 1 cup of boiling water, 1/4 cup of white vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

    In a sterilized jar, add 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1 teaspoon of coarse red pepper, and 1 teaspoon of wild thyme or rosemary

    Add the boiled garlic.

    Pour the water and vinegar mixture over the garlic

    Place a slice of lemon on top.
