Steps

    We cut the white cabbage into thin slices.

    We add the grated carrot to the drained cabbage and mix them well.

    We place the cabbage and carrot mixture into a sterilized jar, pressing it down firmly.

    We prepare the brine by mixing water, white vinegar, salt, and citric acid in a measuring cup.
