Mini Pizza Pastries
Ingredients

- 0.5CupYogurt
- 3CupMilk powder
- 1Grams (g) Instant yeast
- 0.25PinchSalt
- 0.25CupSugar
- 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil
- 1CupWarm water
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pizza sauce
- 1To TasteMozzarella
- 1CupGrated cheddar
- 3Psc.Green pepper
- 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Olive

We place all the dry ingredients (flour, powdered milk, yeast, salt, and sugar) in a large bowl and mix well.

Gradually add the yogurt and oil to the dry mixture.

Begin kneading while adding warm water little by little until we get a soft and cohesive dough.

Cover the dough and leave it in a warm place to rise until it doubles in size

After the dough has risen, divide it into small balls.

Cover the balls and let them rest for 10 minutes.

Flatten each ball into a small round shape and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.

Spread a layer of pizza sauce on each round, then add cheese, olives, and bell pepper. You can add any other toppings you like

Bake the mini pizzas in a preheated oven at high temperature. Start with heat from the bottom until the crust is cooked, then turn on the top heat to brown the surface.

Remove from the oven and serve hot.
