    We mix the milk, starch, and sugar in a pot while cold.

    We place the pot over medium heat and stir continuously until it thickens.

    We add orange blossom water and rose water, then mix well.

    We remove the pot from heat and pour the mixture into serving glasses.

    We place the glasses in the refrigerator until the mahalabia is fully set.

    We prepare the jelly by dissolving the jelly powder in hot water, then adding cold water and Vimto, and mixing well.
