Ingredients

- 1CupBrown flour
- 1CupWarm milk
- 1CupWarm water
- 1CupSugar
- 1PinchSalt
- 2PacketYeast

Add the flour, yeast, and sugar, and mix well.

Gradually add the warm milk and water while mixing.

Add the salt and knead the dough very well for at least 10 minutes until it becomes soft and elastic.

Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm room for about 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the room temperature.

Divide the dough into medium-sized balls and shape them on a surface dusted with flour. Cover them for about 10 minutes.

Roll the dough with a rolling pin and let it rest for another 5 minutes.

Bake the dough on a preheated baking tray. When the bottom turns golden, reduce the heat to medium.

Once the underside is golden, flip the dough for a brief moment, then flip it back and spread the thyme and oil mixture.

Let it bake for a few more minutes, and for extra crispiness, you can place it under the broiler for the top to brown.
