Slightly freeze the liver to easily cut it into thin slices.

In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, oil, and 1 teaspoon each of (salt, pepper, cumin, coriander, and cayenne) for the liver marinade.

Add half the marinade to the liver and set it aside.

In a pan, sauté the diced onion until it turns golden.

Add the green bell pepper, hot pepper (optional), and garlic and stir well.

Add the tomato paste and stir until it gives flavor and color.

Add the tomato and red pepper juice blend and stir.

Add vinegar, salt, pepper, coriander, cumin, and paprika. Let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes.

Boil the pasta in the usual way and let it cook until it is three-quarters cooked

Add the boiled pasta to the sauce and stir well for 5 minutes, then remove from the heat.

In another hot pan, add oil and sauté the liver slices quickly on high heat.

Add the remaining marinade and optional colored peppers, stir for just 2 minutes.

Add lemon juice, stir, and remove from heat.

Pour the liver over the pasta and serve hot.
